Location
The villa is located at Goni which is a slip of a village by the high plateau's south border, on a small hill.
Past the neighbouring village of Petres, a road connects Vrisses on the north coast to Hora Sfakion on the south coast.
So there are excellent connections to both the cities of  Hania (55 kms) and Rethymnon (58 kms) in the North, as well as to the dream beaches in the South.

With respect to the winding character of Cretan roads, transfer times from and to the airports must not be underestimated.
