The three-storied house nestles against the slope in terraces.
In the yard there are a swimming pool and a barbecue facility, sunbeds and umbrellas are also available.
The terrace is partly roofed with an overgrown pergola from which one can pick bunches of grapes in autumn.

It has a satellite TV set and a fireplace, firewood is on hand.
The house also has a central heating system.
An air conditioning system is not necessary as the altitude level and the thick walls provide a pleasant temperature even during high summer.
